a) Why are other generic pods so colourful, whereas Kapsä pods are not?

The reason is simple: Dyes do not aid in cleaning performance, so we do not add dyes to our laundry pods.

b) Why do other generic pods have so many chambers, whereas Kapsä pods only have 2?

While other laundry care companies may convince you that different colour chambers in a laundry pod serves different purpose - it is simply not true. They are dyed in different colours in order to be more eye catching and "marketable". Cleaning technology has improved to allow colour protectants, natural bio enzymes, sanitizing detergent liquid to be pre-mixed, with fragrance fabric softener being the only component needing to be separated.

c) Where is Kapsä Laundry Pod made in?

Kapsä is made by Cool Brands Pte Ltd, in collaboration with Pristine Aroma LLC, with all research and development done in US, Malaysia and Singapore. Final manufacturing is in China.

e) What are Kapsä laundry pods made of?

The full ingredient list includes: Aqua, Propanediol, Glycerin, Propylene glycol,Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl),a-isodecyl-w-hydroxy, Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, ethanolamine salt, Sodium Alcohol, Ether Sulphate, Coconut acid, Citric acid, Biological enzyme, Natural Glucose (APG), Specialized Fragrance (Perfumes)

a) How to use Kapsä laundry pods?

With dry hands, place laundry pods into empty washing machine drum. Load clothes and start wash cycle of your choice. It's that simple!

b) Can I hand wash my clothes with laundry pods?

While we cannot blame you for being experimental, it is not recommended to hand wash with laundry pod. A washing machine will better evenly distribute the cleaning concentrates to ensure no wasteage.

c) Are Kapsä laundry pods suitable for indoor drying/top load/front load?

Yes. Kapsä takes pride in producing laundry pods that are suitable for indoor drying, top and front load washing machines.

d) Can I use Bleach/Fabric Softener with Kapsä laundry pods?

You can use bleach together with Kapsä laundry pods, however please make sure to follow the bleach manufacturer's instructions and use it in the correct compartment marked "Bleach". Do note that this will likely lessen the fragrance of Kapsä pods used.
There is no need to add Fabric softener when using Kapsä's laundry pod as the pod already contains fragrance fabric softener. If you still prefer to do so, take note that it will likely lessen the fragrance of Kapsä pods used.

e) How long can Kapsä's fragrance last on my clothes?

Kapsä fragrance will last 1-2 weeks on your clothes (before wearing them again), and can keep them fresh for more than 18 weeks when stored after wash.
Take note that machine dryers will likely lessen the fragrance life of the pods.

f) Will Kapsä laundry pods clog my washing machine?

Kapsä laundry pods are designed to dissolve completely during the wash cycle when correctly used. The premium material we use in our bio degradable water soluble film ensures no leftover films/microbes issues like those reported by users of generic laundry pod.

g) I just finished my first wash with Kapsä. Why does Kapsä pods clean my clothes so well?

a) How should Kapsä Pods be stored?

Kapsä Pods should be store in their original container, with the lid closed and secured when not in use. While there is a child safe lock on our product, it is best to keep Kapsä out of the reach and sight of children and pets. Storing Kapsä in area of high humidity/heat can cause the pods to be sticked together or even break open. Singaporeans's favourite laundry storage place - under the kitchen sink - will do.

b) Are Kapsä laundry pods safe to use for baby and pet clothes?

Yes! Kapsä's laundry pods do not contain harsh dyes/chemicals that will cause any damage or add any irritants your loved ones clothes.

c) Are Kapsä laundry pods safe to use for people with sensitive skin from allergies?

Yes! Kapsä's laundry pods has zero parabens, phthalates and GMOs. Our formula is completely hypoallergenic thus is 100% safe for clothings of people with sensitive skin.

a) How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once we have received your order, we will ship out within 48 hours during the weekday. As such you can expect your order within 2-4 days upon ordering :)

b) How does Kapsä handle product replacement or a refund?
